We have incredible rates on what are referred to as super conforming loans up to $625,000 or up to $729,650 on our FHA Jumbo program in Salt Lake, Tooele, and Summit County. These rates are usually .125% higher than conventional rates. Our Super Jumbo program allows for loan amounts as high as $3,000,000. The underwriting guidelines are more strict on Super Jumbo loans and it is critical that you work with an experienced, local lender who tap into many lending resources that a bank or credit union would be unable to assist you with.
